Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using riversheart.org or purchasing any services. By accessing this website or booking a session with Kimberly Jonas, you agree to be bound by these terms. By booking a session, you are consenting for me to connect with your animal under the guidelines of each session type.

01-About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of riversheart.org (the “Site”) and the services offered by Kimberly Jonas (“RIVER’S HEART,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses the Site.

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent update.

02-Services

RIVER’S HEART offers animal communication and energetic clearing sessions, and related consulting services. All sessions — whether conducted in person, by phone, video, or remotely — are subject to these Terms.

Important: Animal communication and energetic clearings are complementary, intuitive practices. They are NOT a substitute for veterinary care, behavioral training, or medical advice. Nothing communicated during a session should be interpreted as a diagnosis, prognosis, or treatment recommendation. If your pet has a health or behavioral concern, consult a licensed veterinarian, behaviorist or trainer for guidance/treatment.

No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy or outcomes of any session. All insights received are subject to individual interpretation. Clients must be 18 years or older to book and receive a session.

By engaging in these services, you acknowledge that Kimberly Jonas of River’s Heart is not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the information given. You accept full responsibility for your choices regarding your pet’s well-being.

Results from sessions are subjective and experiential in nature. Kimberly Jonas cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and individual experiences will vary.

03-Payments & Booking

All payments for sessions and services are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. The following terms apply:

  • Payment is due at the time of booking.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
  • Stripe may collect and process your payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy. I do not store your full credit card information.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and current.
  • Calendly may collect necessary personal information in the process of booking your session in accordance with their own privacy policy.

If a payment is declined or charged back without valid cause, I reserve the right to suspend or cancel services and recover any outstanding amounts.

04-Rescheduling & Refunds

I understand that life is unpredictable. Any session may be rescheduled as follows:

  • Sessions are non-refundable upon booking: 
  • 24 hours notice: Full payment is transferable upon rescheduling.
  • No-shows: The session fee is forfeited, as I will have already completed and delivered the remote session.

Refunds are issued at my sole discretion. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact me directly and I will do my best to address your concerns. Digital products and downloadable materials are non-refundable once delivered.

I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control. In such cases, I will offer a full reschedule or credit.

05-Intellectual Property

All content on riversheart.org — including but not limited to written copy, articles, blog posts, session frameworks, photographs, graphics, logos, and visual design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kimberly Jonas and is protected under United States copyright law.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or republish any text or content from this Site without prior written permission.
  • Use my personal photographs or images from this Site for any purpose — commercial or personal — without express written consent.
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from this Site.
  • Represent any content from this Site as your own.

Limited personal use (such as sharing a link or quoting a brief excerpt with attribution) is permitted, provided it does not misrepresent the original content or my identity.

Requests for permission to use content may be directed to me via the contact information below. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

06-Privacy & Your Information

I take your privacy seriously. Information you provide — such as your name, email, and details about your animal — is used solely to provide the services you have requested and to communicate with you about those services.

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments (via Stripe) or as required by law. Please refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy for information on how they handle payment data.

Session content is held in confidence. I will not share details of your animal communication session without your consent, except where required by law.

07-Disclaimer or Warranties

This Site and all services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on this Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

08-Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kimberly Jonas / River’s Heart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or services — including but not limited to decisions made based on session content, reliance on information presented on this Site, or actions taken regarding your animal’s care.

My total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session or service giving rise to the claim.

09-Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
